Research On Rural Grassroots Party Building Leading Rural Governance

Leading rural governance by Party building is the inevitable choice to promote the modernization of rural governance and the realistic need to realize rural revitalization.In the report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress,it was proposed that we should promote Party building to guide grassroots governance.Now,we have entered a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.In the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,taking the rural grassroots party building as the guide to promote the efficient development of rural governance is an inevitable requirement of building a modern socialist power and realizing common prosperity.In the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2023,it was proposed to adhere to the Party building leading rural governance.Therefore,we should let rural grassroots Party building play a leading role,drive farmers to increase income and get rich,improve the efficiency of rural governance,and accelerate the pace of rural revitalization.This paper takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background,takes S Village in Changchun as the research object,and conducts research on the theme that rural grassroots Party building leads rural governance.Firstly,through literature analysis,this paper systematically analyzes Marx,Engels and Lenin’s theory of grassroots party building,the Sinicized theory of rural grassroots Party building and the discussion of Chinese Communists on rural grassroots Party building leading rural governance,which provides a solid theoretical basis for this paper.In S Village of Changchun,questionnaire survey and field interview were adopted,and the results of the questionnaire and interview were sorted out to summarize the achievements.Through in-depth research,it is found that the problems and challenges faced by the grassroots party building in S village in the process of leading rural governance are still severe.These problems are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the vanguard role of some party members is not strong,the ideals and beliefs of individual party members are not firm enough,the ability to lead social organizations to participate in rural governance is weak,and the supply of rural public services is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in S Village of Changchun City,the reasons are as follows: the implementation of the political guidance of the Party building at the grassroots level is not in place,the implementation of the theme education activities of the Party building is not solid,the organization and guidance work is not strong enough to be strict and practical,and the ability to improve the basic public services in rural areas is insufficient.In view of the above problems and their causes,according to the guidance of relevant theories,combined with domestic typical cases,put forward targeted countermeasures.Strengthen the foundation of Party building,strengthen political guidance,strengthen ideals and convictions,deepen ideological guidance,refine organizational guidance,strengthen battle fortresses,optimize service guidance and enhance governance effectiveness.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can play a certain reference role in guiding rural grassroots Party building better.
