Problems And Countermeasures In Promoting Farmers’ Concentrated Residence In P City

In view of the fact that there are many dilapidated houses in rural areas of Northern Jiangsu,the overall environment of villages is still relatively poor.Jiangsu Province has made a decision on comprehensively improving the housing conditions of farmers in Northern Jiangsu and optimizing the spatial layout of urban and rural areas.According to the requirements of the provincial government and Xuzhou municipal government,P city actively and steadily promotes the centralized residence of farmers according to the law of urbanization,and has made a lot of achievements,but there are also some problems.From the perspective of farmers’ needs,through literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper explores the problems of local government in promoting farmers’ centralized residence,and explores the countermeasures to solve the problems.Through the empirical investigation on the current situation of farmers’ centralized living in P City,it is found that there are four kinds of problems: a small number of farmers are dissatisfied with the compensation for land acquisition and demolition,some farmers are difficult to accept the housing price,a small number of farmers are difficult to adapt to the living environment of centralized living community,and some farmers are inconvenient in agricultural production.The main reasons for the above problems are the limitation of land acquisition system,the increase of housing cost in house purchase and decoration,the defects in the design of centralized residential community,and the lagging development of agricultural socialized services supporting centralized residential community.On this basis,the paper puts forward some solutions,including compensation,house price,housing and living environment,and socialized service of agricultural production,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve farmers’ centralized living,so as to meet the needs of farmers for centralized living and provide more scientific and reasonable solutions for farmers’ centralized living in P city.
