Research On The Satisfaction Of Farmers’ Concentrated Residential Community Governance Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization includes five major requirements: industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,rich life and effective governance.In the strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)issued by the CPC Central Committee,pointing out that we should achieve the new goal of effective rural governance and establish a perfect rural governance system.As a new form in the development process of rural community,the farmer concentrated residential community is obviously different from rural community and urban community.This kind of community is faced with various practical difficulties in the process of rural social governance.How to find out the important factors that affect the governance performance in the context of rural revitalization,so as to improve the governance performance pertinently,has certain research value.It is difficult to measure the effect of community governance through quantitative indicators,and the satisfaction of residents is the starting point and ultimate goal of community governance.Therefore,this paper takes the satisfaction of community residents’ governance as the starting point,and then measures the governance performance of the community.Taking Tian Xiang Road community as an example,this paper studies the operation mechanism of "1+3+1+N" governance subject established by the community,and investigates the current situation of various governance activities of the community based on this.Secondly,306 valid questionnaires were collected by means of field investigation,discussion and questionnaire interview.On the basis of customer satisfaction model,the structural equation model and importance satisfaction analysis matrix are constructed,and the influencing mechanism,influencing factors and influencing path of governance satisfaction of farmers’ concentrated residential community residents are analyzed in depth.The results show that five measures can significantly affect community residents’ satisfaction,and the order of influence degree is organizational capacity > cultural order>residents’ expectation>Public Service>human settlements environment>organizational image.Community needs to be improved in terms of community fashion,culture and entertainment,and community conventions,because the form of political mobilization leads to passive participation and lack of initiative of residents;however,it has competitive advantages in improving residents’ confidence,opening community organization information,etc.;for secondary improvement factors such as reliable expectation,community style,environmental protection and health,residents’ satisfaction should be improved through adjustment of working methods Due to the long-term attention and exploration,the residents have a high degree of satisfaction with the community’s social security,employment services and other complementary factors,which should be maintained.It is suggested that the rural concentrated residential community should improve the residents’ satisfaction of governance and community identity and sense of belonging by improving the ability of community governance subjects,strengthening cultural identity,strengthening the concept of public service,improving the community public service system,improving the community living environment and other measures.The innovation of this paper includes three aspects: In the aspect of research perspective,we take the farmer concentrated residential community as the research object,and measure the effectiveness of community governance through the satisfaction of residents’ governance;in the aspect of influence mechanism,combined with the core connotation of social capital theory and demand level theory,we summarize and refine the influence mechanism of Tianxiang Road community governance;in the aspect of research methods,we use structural equation model to solve the problem of community governance For the problem that it is difficult to measure the related variables directly,the relationship between the variables and the degree of influence are explained by path analysis.
