At present, there is a big gap between the financial expenditure and actual supply level of public services in The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which leads to the phenomenon of "siphoning" of talent elements in Beijing. This public service gap is the burden and reaction force of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,so the coordinated public service of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is urgent. As the sustainable driving force and future guarantee of regional coordinated development,it helps to improve the equalization level of public services, narrow the development gap between internal cities, ensure the rationality of resource allocation, and realize the radiation and spillover function to surrounding cities. This study will from the beijingtianjin-hebei area city transmission mechanism, with the aid of coordination theory, provide the shijiazhuang as the beijing-tianjin growth pole outside the "third pole" of the new train of thought,in order to beijing-tianjin-hebei metropolitan circle in the region is public service between collaborative communities in central cities,to achieve the overall level of public service system and the coordination degree of ascension. In this study, the evaluation index system of public service level of central cities in metropolitan area was designed, and the measurement methods such as regression method and factor analysis method were used to measure and analyze the public service level of 28 central cities in metropolitan area in China with the help of SPSS22.0software,and the development distribution and prominent problems of Beijing,Tianjin and Shidongshi were analyzed. This research measured the public service connection intensity within Beijing,Tianjin and Other central cities, used Gephi to visualize the social network, and used entropy method,DPS5.0 and other software to build an evaluation model of the overall coordination degree of the composite public system. Then, the research measured the order degree of public services in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang from 2009 to 2018,and makes a comparative analysis with the Yangtze River Delta region to draw lessons from their demonstration behaviors and excellent measures.LDA subject clustering method based on R language is used to study the current situation of public service policy coordination of beijing-TianjinHebei regional government from the perspective of policy coordination. The results show that in terms of public service level, the beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s performance is poorly adapted to its development stage, and the internal gap is large. In terms of the public service connection intensity,Beijing,Tianjin and Stone are in the head and waist, with high influence and traction. The internal coordination of public services is unstable, and there is no coordination in 2010,2011,2013,2014 and 2017.Compared with the Yangtze River Delta region, the overall coordination level is low. From the perspective of synergy dimension analysis, the synergy degree of social security is relatively good, the synergy degree of infrastructure and education services is relatively poor, and the overall situation of medical and health is relatively high compared with other dimensions, but not as good as the Yangtze River Delta region. In terms of policy coordination,The beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region focuses on five thematic areas, with little difference in thematic intensity, mainly reflected in electronic information services, administrative services, infrastructure and ecological protection, labor employment and social security, medical and health and old-age care.
