Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Employment Service For Retired Soldiers In Q City

National security and social stability cannot do without the army,and every year the army has a large number of soldiers retired and into society,but because of the increasingly severe employment situation in recent years,increasing the difficulty of retired soldiers employment,retired soldiers employment problem can not be effectively solved,will not only increase the number of unemployed people,but also affect social stability,Therefore,the employment of retired soldiers is an issue that needs to be focused on in the current social stability.In fact,the employment of retired soldiers is facing a greater challenge at present.How to help the high quality full employment of retired soldiers is worth further exploration.This paper draws on existing theories and literature research to study the employment service of retired soldiers in Q City.Through the current situation combing,questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that the existing problems in the employment service of retired soldiers in Q City include: the matching degree between the employment service of retired soldiers and the social needs is not high,the implementation effect of the existing employment policy is not good,the training of retired soldiers is not in place,and the employment channels of retired soldiers are single.The reasons are that the employment service system of retired soldiers is not perfect,the propaganda of the employment policy of retired soldiers is not strong enough,the advantages and employability of retired soldiers are not fully explored,and the social attention to the employment of retired soldiers is low.In combination with the existing problems and causes of the employment service of retired soldiers in Q city,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the employment service of retired soldiers,such as improving the employment service security system of retired soldiers in Q City,improving the implementation of employment policy of retired soldiers,strengthening the employment ability training of retired soldiers in Q city and broadening the employment service channels of retired soldiers in Q City.The research helps to comprehensively understand the current situation and existing problems of the employment service for veterans in Q city.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward will help to improve the overall level of the employment service for veterans in Q City,promote the full employment of veterans with high quality,and provide certain reference for other regions to do a good job in the employment service for veterans.
