Research On The Construction Of Digital Village In Hebei Province

General Secretary Xi pointed out in the report of the 20 th National Congress that the most arduous and heavy task of comprehensively building a socialist modern country still lies in rural areas.With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization strategy,a new generation of information technology and digital technology has gradually penetrated into the countryside,and historic changes have taken place in rural production and life style,and the construction of digital countryside has begun to rise nationwide,and after nearly five years of construction,initial results have been achieved.Hebei Province has taken the initiative to grasp the opportunity of the development of the digital era,and through the construction path of piloting first,then spreading,and taking the point to lead the surface,the digital village construction has been widely carried out in the province,and digitalization has been radiated to all administrative villages in the province.In the background of digital village construction becoming the mainstream trend,how to efficiently promote digital village construction becomes the main issue of promoting rural revitalization at present.Based on the literature related to digital village construction at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current situation of digital village construction in Hebei Province by widely collecting data and conducting field surveys,based on the connotation of digital village and guided by rural revitalization theory,digital governance theory and endogenous development theory.The evaluation index system of digital village construction in Hebei Province is constructed by taking this as the entry point,and the weight of digital village construction indexes is calculated by using the entropy weight method,and a comprehensive evaluation of digital village construction in Hebei Province is conducted based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method.By analyzing the specific problems,the reasons for the problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,we propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions to meet the real development situation of rural areas in Hebei Province,taking into account the specific conditions of rural areas in Hebei Province.The construction of digital countryside is a systematic project that requires long-term persistence and continuous innovation.We should take grass-roots party construction as the leader,gradually realize the digital transformation of the countryside through the investment of capital,technology,talents and other elements,digitally empower the construction and long-term development of the countryside,form the endogenous power of digital countryside construction,enhance the resilience of the countryside,so as to strengthen the foundation of "three rural areas" and promote the long-term development of rural revitalization.
