The collaborative development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major national strategy.The factors of production and life flow across regions,and the internal relations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are getting closer.Land use functions are the result of interaction and system transformation between human-land coupling systems through factor flow at different spatial distances.Therefore,drawing on the idea of telecoupling,this paper analyzed the telecoupling pattern of land use functions,delimited the zoning of land use functions,and formulated targeted promotion strategies of land use functions,so as to accurately grasp the land use status and coordinated development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promote the multi-unctional coordinated sustainable use of regional land.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research area and the county as the research unit,the evaluation system of land use functions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei counties were constructed from the three dimensions of production,living and ecology.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to measure the production,living and ecological function values of land use,and the GIS spatial analysis method was used to reveal the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land use functions.The social network analysis model is used to construct and analyze the telecoupling network of land use functions.On the basis of analyzing the overall characteristics and individual characteristics,the iterative correlation convergence method is used to identify the local agglomeration plate and its conduction path of the network,and the telecoupling characteristics of land use functions are deeply excavated.Using the K-prototype clustering method,combined with the telecoupling idea,the zoning of land use functions is delineated,and the improvement strategies of land use functions are proposed,which provides a reference for the coordinated improvement and high-quality development of land use functions in Beijing-TianjinHebei region.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the production function of land use in Beijing-TianjinHebei region decreased,the living function of land use increased significantly,and the ecological function of land use fluctuated.The production function is low in the northwest and high in the southeast,and the center agglomeration characteristics are obvious.There are high value centers of production function in Jintang coastal area and Shijiazhuang city.The living function has been generally improved,and on the whole,it shows the pattern characteristics of changing from ’Beijing-Tianjin ’ dual center to multi-center balanced development;the ecological function showed obvious’inverted U-shaped’ polarization characteristics,and the ecological function of important ecological regions generally increased significantly from 2015 to 2020.(2)The telecoupling relationship of production,living and ecological functions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei shows certain network characteristics.The connection is relatively loose,and the whole shows a weak connection state,which characterizes the small world effect and scale-free characteristics.From 2010 to 2020,the spatial layout of the telecoupling network of production,living and ecological functions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region did not change significantly,and the spatial differentiation characteristics were obvious.The centrality of the telecoupling network nodes of production and living functions shows a clear power-law distribution.The telecoupling relationship of land use functions between the central and southern Hebei region and other nodes in the network is relatively weak.The local aggregation characteristics of the telecoupling network of production,living and ecological functions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are obvious,which can be divided into four plates,including five role types:main spillover,main benefit,intermediary,two-way spillover and isolated,showing a certain spillover effect.(3)Combined with the idea of telecoupling,the zoning of land use functions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is divided into five areas:agricultural production collaborative promotion area,social living dual-core leading area,multi-functional potential promotion area,ecological collaborative optimization area and ecological security core leading area.The synergistic promotion area of agricultural production is located in the main grain producing area in the central and southern Hebei Province,which has the comparative advantage of grain production.The dual-core leading area of social living is mainly distributed in the Beijing-Tianjin Corridor area,with high living functions;the multi-functional potential improvement area is distributed in the north of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the foundation of multi-functional comprehensive potential synergistic improvement of land use is good.The ecological collaborative optimization area is mainly concentrated in the south of Beijing-TianjinHebei region,which is an important area to effectively promote the flow and allocation of ecological factors.The core leading area of ecological security is mainly located in the north of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which is the ecological barrier area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.While expanding the research ideas and methods of multi-functional land use,the research results can provide new ideas for the formulation of land use policies and the preparation of land space planning in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and provide reference for promoting the coordinated improvement and high-quality development of multi-functional land use in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
