Research On The Function Of Nurturing Students In Higher Education And The Path To Enhance It

College student Party Branch(referred as "Student Party Branch")is the fighting base for implementing the Party’s education policy and work tasks,and is important places for direct education and management of student Party members.At present,the world and China are undergoing profound changes in all aspects at any time,and at the same time,the thoughts and behaviors of student party members are also undergoing great changes,which put forward higher requirements for the nurturing work of student party branches in colleges and universities.Therefore,the student party branch is really starting from the new requirements of the new era,analyzing the practical problems of the student party branch to play the function of nurturing people,and exploring the practical path to enhance the function of nurturing people in the student party branch,which has certain theoretical and practical significance to better accomplish the work of nurturing people in the student party branch.In this paper,in the context of the new era,mainly using literature research method,analysis and induction method and interview method,we start from the overview of the nurturing work of student party branches,and then summarize and inscribe the new requirements for the nurturing function of student party branches in the new era according to a series of major decisions and deployments issued and revised by the Party Central Committee about the work of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities since the 19 th Party Congress,and discuss the necessity of student party branches to enhance their nurturing function and their unique advantages of playing the nurturing function.Then,we analyze the current situation of the nurturing work of student party branches against the requirements of the times of the nurturing function of student party branches,summarize the milestones achieved by the nurturing work of student party branches,and also soberly realize that when the nurturing work of student party branches is measured against the new requirements of the new era,there are still problems such as the increased difficulty of ideological and political education for some student party members,the insufficient efforts to integrate the nurturing work of some student party branches with the "three-wide nurturing" system,the insufficient effect of organizational life,and the insufficient application of Internet technology.Finally,in view of the problems,the reasons were profoundly analyzed,and targeted and feasible practical paths were proposed from four aspects: enhancing politics to improve the political quality of student party members;enhancing synergy to improve the collaborative education system of party branches;enhancing effectiveness to improve the efficacy of organizational life of party branches;enhancing innovation to explore new ideas of nurturing people in party branches,in an effort to provide suggestions for student party branches to enhance the function of nurturing people in the new era.
