| At present,China is in the critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,the country pays more attention to the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.As the "first person" who directly manages the countryside and the leader of rural revitalization,village cadres play an important role in developing the village collective economy.Based on the exploration and analysis of the existing problems between the capacity of village cadres and the village collective economy in F Street,the thesis explores the coefficient of influence of the capacity of village cadres on the village collective economy,and proposes the future development trends,which is not only the practical need to improve the capacity of village cadres and develop the village collective economy,but also the theoretical need to enrich the study on the impact of the capacity of village cadres on the village collective economy.The thesis uses the literature research method to systematically sort out the research status at home and abroad,and clearly defines the concepts of village cadres and village collective economy.On the basis of summing up the collaborative governance theory and human capital theory,the thesis designs the village cadres questionnaire through the questionnaire survey method,which is distributed to the village cadres of F Street in Weifang,and conducts in-depth interviews with representative village cadres,villagers and street staff.Based on the results of the questionnaire,the thesis analyzes the problems existing in the capacity of village cadres in F street: the low level of knowledge reserve,insufficient innovation and creativity,weak social network ability,and limited public trust ability.At the same time,the thesis analyzes the problem existing in the village collective economy.On the basis of regression analysis,the thesis concludes the influence of the capacity of village cadres capacity on village collective economy,and calculates the influence coefficient,and tests the model.Moreover,the thesis divides the village cadres into chief cadres and non-chief cadres for heterogeneity analysis,and the influence coefficients are obtained respectively to further explore the relationship between the village cadre capacity and village collective economy.Therefore,the thesis puts forward to suggestions in improving the capacity of village cadres and the development of the village collective economy from four dimensions based on the conclusions of empirical study.The study indicates that the village should vigorously implement the village cadre education improvement project and broaden the selection and employment channels in the dimension of knowledge reserve.Secondly,the village should innovate the training methods to optimize the effect and constantly stimulate the endogenous motivation of entrepreneurship in the dimension of innovation and creation.Thirdly,the village should expand the scope of social network and improve the use of social network in the dimension of social network.Fourthly,the village should make full use of democratic decision-making and supervision and establish a talents reserve mechanism in the dimension of public conviction. |
