| Land is a solid force in national production,the foundation for farmers’ survival,the driving force for social development,and an important part of rural social changes and the construction of state power.This paper takes the land reform movement in Huixian in the early stage of the founding of new China as the starting point,combines the local history,local Chronicles,memoirs and other materials,especially the first-hand archival data,carries out an in-depth study on it,and discusses the land reform movement in Huixian from the following four parts.The first part discusses the background of Huixian land reform movement in the early days of new China.The second part introduces the basic process of Huixian land reform movement in the early days of the founding of new China.First,the preparatory work for land reform.The People’s Government of Huixian County unswervingly implements and implements the Party’s line,policy and strengthens the people’s democratic dictatorship and revolutionary achievements;the end of the land reform in the old area provides many experiences and lessons for the land reform in semi-old areas and new areas;reduces rent and destroys the protection system of oppressive working peasants,and creates conditions for the land reform movement in the county under a good environment.Secondly,the concrete steps of the land reform movement in Huixian area.Through various forms of propaganda activities,such as songs,drama,wall newspapers,etc.,the ideas of the congress raised the consciousness of the peasant class and fought by the peasants and distributed to the peasants with little land.The third part summarizes the problems and implementation measures of land reform in Huixian county under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The fourth part deeply analyzes the historical significance of Huixian land reform under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and explores the practical enlightenment of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and carrying out the construction of a new socialist countryside. |
