Study The Land Reforming Movement Of Hengyang Area During The Early Stage Of The New China

At the beginning of the founding of the New Chinese countries, the oriental nation has been suffering from ethnic wars, urgent need to recuperate. Facing at the reality of the country extremely weak, leading collective of the Central Party committee choose the key points in a multitude of things, the restoration and development of agriculture, to solve the 800 million peasants eagerly looking forward to the land problem. In October 8,1949, Hengyang area had been liberated, leaned on the 46 army headquarters for the main squad, which has composed the Hengyang City military control commission and the people’s Government of Hengyang City, and has started construction on the areas of Hengyang. At the same time when the first hub form,agriculture problem. In combination with the needs of its own construction and response to the call of the national policy, the Hengyang area has carried out land reform movement throughout the territory.In this paper, the writer investigated the comprehensive land reforming of domestic political and economic situation, and then analyzed the specific circumstances before the land reforming in Hengyang area. Secondly, from the preparation stage before the land reforming to the closing stages of the land reforming, the important points was possessed in the third chapter. This paper treated the process of land reforming in Hengyang as the object of study, which included: land reforming work units learned and understood central and South Bureau on some land reforming policies and suggestions, then selected and trained cadres; land reforming work units send staff to help the villagers to carry out land reforming; according to land reforming working group and the farmers,how to consolidate the land reforming of the fruits of victory and the development of production. Finally, on the basis of previous research, in contrast to other areas of land reforming, the fourth chapter analyzed land reforming in the Hengyang region, summed up the characteristics of land reforming in Hengyang, and according to the status of the agriculture development in Hengyang, the corresponding measures were put forward. All in all, the land reforming movement in Hengyang was successful. It solved the economic problems of the region,and stabled the new regime, and formed the characteristics of the land reforming. Land reforming movement happened during the stage of the New China in Hengyang district has accumulated effective experience, which can help the agricultural socialist construction later inHengyang area,some of them are not without benefit to agriculture construction.
