Evaluation Study On The Implementation Effect Of The "Civilized Resident Piont System" In Q City H Community

Social governance is an important part of the national governance system,and community governance is the foundation of social governance,and innovative community governance is of great significance to improve the modern level of national governance.In order to innovate community governance,comprehensively improve the scientific,refined and modern management level of urban community governance,stimulate the vitality of the whole society to participate in community construction,and build a governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,Q City H Community took the lead in implementing the "civilized resident point system" in 2020.This study combines qualitative and quantitative research,mainly using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy method,to discuss the implementation effect of "civilized resident point system" in Q City H community.Firstly,on the basis of defining relevant concepts and theories,the evaluation index system of the "civilized resident point system" is constructed from the fact dimension and value dimension,and the analytic hierarchy method is used to determine the weight value of indicators at all levels.Secondly,the research data are obtained through questionnaire survey,the average number of indicators is calculated by SPSS software,the scores of each index are compared,and the total score of all levels of indicators is calculated by combining the weight value and the average number,so as to evaluate the implementation effect of the "civilized resident point system".After investigation and research,the problems in the implementation of the "Civilized Resident Residents’ Points System" in the Q community of Q city are mainly including the design and application of the integration project system is unscientific,the propaganda guidance and mobilization are insufficient,and the supervision and evaluation are insufficient.The use of resource links lacks motivation.Based on the above analysis,we discussed the improvement of the "Civilized Residents’ Points System",that is,the design of the integration system design,strengthening publicity guidance,and strong supervision of the integration evaluation system,application information management methods,and increased material support support and other suggestions suggestions and other suggestions,With a view to the introduction and reference for the introduction of the points system for other communities,help the city’s community governance modernization...
