Research On The Work Dliemmaand Countermeasures Of Grass-roots Discipline Inspection Supervision And Petitioning Woek In The F District Of W City

Under the background of comprehensive and strict Party governance extending to the grassroots in the new era,the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system continues to advance to the grassroots,the scope of the discipline inspection and supervision continues to expand,and the content of the discipline inspection and supervision work becomes richer,which greatly arouses the masses’ attention to the discipline inspection and supervision and leads to more diversified forms of grassroots complaint reporting.Grassroots discipline inspection,supervision and petition work facing the masses is the "last mile" to implement the CPC Central Committee’s decision and plan of comprehensively governing the Party strictly;it is the first pass to strictly supervise and enforce discipline;and it is an important part of the building of Party conduct,clean government and anti-corruption work.Its role is directly related to the vital interests of grassroots people.Only by constantly speeding up the pace of reform of the working mechanism of grassroots discipline inspection,supervision and petition,and making every effort to fully implement the reform of the discipline inspection and petition system,can the people further strengthen their trust and confidence in the Party in sharing the fruits of comprehensive and strict Party governance,and gain more sense of gain,security and happiness in return for the actual results of solving the problems of letters and petition.Based on my own work practice,guided by the theory of citizen participation,the theory of political system and the theory of social governance,this paper studies the grassroots discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting in F District of W City through the methods of literature research,empirical investigation and statistical analysis.The first part studies the historical background,related concepts and theoretical basis of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision letters and visits,and analyzes the significance of promoting discipline inspection and supervision letters and visits.The second part studies the general situation of the discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting work in F District of W City,summarizes the new situation and main measures faced by the grassroots discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting work in F District of W City under the background of the new era,and finds that there are high number of complaints and complaints,more repeated visits,excessive proportion of rural complaints and complaints,and inadequate handling of complaints and complaints.The discipline inspection and supervision team is weak and other problems,and respectively from the work system,complaint reporting team construction,complaint reporting personnel and publicity and other aspects of the in-depth analysis.The third part,in order to improve the quality of grassroots discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting work,puts forward countermeasures such as improving the mechanism of discipline inspection,building high-quality professional team,improving the moral level and cultural literacy of the masses,and strengthening the education of discipline and law popularization of the masses,providing effective reference for the smooth progress of grassroots discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting work.
