In Public Crisis Events,Government Affairs New Media Is Guided By Public Opinion Research On The Mode Of "Dialogue"

Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,wireless communication and intelligent terminal technology.All kinds of new government affairs media in the form of "two micro ends" have gradually become the main channel for the society and the public to obtain authoritative information.It has also become a new area for the public to discuss public issues and express their personal opinions.At the same time,under the environment of new media,the development of public opinion on public crisis has the characteristics of fast transmission and wide radiation range,which can bring serious harm to the society in a very short time.Therefore,how to do a good job in guiding new government media in public opinion of public crisis has become an important issue urgently needed to be solved by relevant government departments.The core content of this paper is the "dialogue" mode.The author tries to introduce the "dialogue" mode to guide public opinion in public crisis and establish a benign government-society-public relationship,so as to eliminate public opinion and stabilize public opinion.The paper first discusses the background,significance,research methods and content framework of the topic,and puts forward the concepts of new government affairs media,public opinion communication of public crisis events,public opinion guidance carrier and so on.Through literature review of "dialogue" mode and public crisis communication,the application theory of this paper is further proposed.Next,this paper analyzes from the theoretical and practical levels.In the theoretical level,this paper introduces case and comparative study method to conduct comparative analysis on two typical domestic public opinion cases of public crisis,and analyzes the application status of "dialogue" mode in the two aspects of dialogue subject and platform carrier.In the practical application level,relying on the in-depth interview,the paper obtains the characteristic advantages,effectiveness,application difficulties and improvement countermeasures of "dialogue" mode.Finally,based on the previous research,the author puts forward suggestions on standardizing dialogue subjects,improving dialogue platform construction and guaranteeing dialogue security.
