| With the continuous popularization of intelligent application of big data,the introduction of 5G in commercial use and the continuous breakthrough of AI technology,the media communication mode has also seen great changes.Under the impact of a batch of applications such as QQ,We Chat and weibo,the speed and range of information dissemination has been able to realize geometric multiplication in a short time in the era of omnimedia.Technological innovation is too fast,and the management of public opinion in public crisis by relevant government departments is relatively lagging behind.At present,China is in an important transition period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and poverty alleviation.Public events in the areas of people’s livelihood and anti-corruption are not only unexpected in many categories,but also easy to bring additional chain reactions to the society.As a media with rapid development,continuous innovation,rapid diffusion and timely dissemination,all media has brought great challenges to the public opinion of the relevant government departments in the control of public events.It should be seen that the arrival of the era of omnimedia also forces the change and development of national public event management,which provides a catalyst for the improvement of social management level and the ability to deal with crisis.Based on the X city government,this paper analyzes how the publicity department of X municipal party committee manages public opinions in the omnimedia environment and how to make use of the communication characteristics of omnimedia to optimize the management mode of public opinions after the outbreak of public crisis.The purpose of this paper is to explore and analyze the mode of public management in the era of omnimedia,combine with the case analysis of wanzhou bus falling off a bridge,and offer Suggestions for the government to improve the response level of public crisis.Through the research and analysis of this case,and the application of domestic and foreign public crisis management theories,for the government in practice to deal with the crisis management in the era of all media to provide some useful ideas.According to the research,in the era of all media,only the change of the mode of communication,the nature of communication has not changed.Public crisis incident management should always follow the people-oriented,open and fair way of handling,with the public opinion "empathy",strengthen the public opinion emotional resonance,do a good job of public sentiment to appease the work,than the truth is more important.But it is a good public opinion guidance,also not is based on the cover and change the crisis event,on the basis of the fact itself,in a public event broke out,the negative public opinion inevitable circumstances,to reduce the negative impact of crisis event on social stability,the escort for the sustainable development of economic and social,is the ultimate goal of crisis management. |
