| In the process of China’s modernization,the issue of farmers’ interests has always been an important issue that we can not ignore.Whether the issue of farmers’ interests can be correctly solved is directly related to the long-term stability of the country and social stability.The Problem of Peasants in France and Germany is Engels’ s brilliant work on the thought of peasants’ interests.It emphasizes safeguarding peasants’ interests,consolidating the alliance of workers and peasants and establishing peasants’ cooperatives,which still has far-reaching significance for China’s handling of peasants’ interests and is worthy of our in-depth study.On the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper takes the farmer’s interest thought in the Franco-German Farmer Problem as the starting point,uses the literature research method to summarize the realistic basis and theoretical origin of the farmer’s interest thought,and clarifies the formation background of farmer’s interest thought.Then analyze the core content of farmers’ interest thought.This paper expounds the importance of safeguarding peasants’ interests from three perspectives: worker-peasant alliance,socialist transformation and proletarian party.The basic principles of protecting farmers’ interests should be set from three aspects: caring for small farmers,respecting farmers’ will,and public ownership of land.The concrete measures to protect farmers’ interests are put forward from three aspects: eliminating the conflict between urban and rural areas,developing farmers’ cooperatives and providing government assistance.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the theoretical value of the peasants’ interest thought from two aspects: the necessity and possibility of the alliance of workers and peasants,the necessity and measures of peasants’ cooperatives.Finally,the author discusses the contemporary value of the peasants’ interests thought in the Franco-German Peasant Problem to safeguard the peasants’ interests in China,which mainly includes: promoting the reform of the land system deeply and safeguarding the peasants’ land rights and interests;Respect the principal position and initiative of farmers and protect their interests;Support the development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives and promote the integration of urban and rural economic development;Improve the quality of rural education and teaching,and develop farmers’ science and culture;To consolidate and develop the alliance of workers and peasants under the new historical conditions.The study on the peasants’ interest thought and its contemporary value in the Franco-German Peasant Problem can further deepen the understanding of Marxist peasant problem thought theoretically and provide theoretical basis for promoting rural revitalization in practice. |
