| The reliable supply of electricity is an important factor to promote my country’s economic and social development,and it is also the basic guarantee for people to pursue a better life.Large-scale power outages will not only cause serious economic losses and affect the normal operation of the people’s livelihood,but also cause social unrest.At present,with the changes in domestic and foreign environments,the risk of large-scale power outages such as natural disasters and external force damage is increasing.Such a severe test will put forward higher requirements for emergency management of large-scale power outages in my country.How to strengthen the emergency management of large-scale power outages has become an issue that we have to face in the primary stage of socialism.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the emergency management of large-scale power outages in Guangdong through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and other methods.,there are many hidden dangers of power grid outages,the effect of emergency drills is poor,and the public participation is low,and a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems is carried out,and it is proposed to strengthen urban planning and comprehensive planning of urban power grids,improve the professional level of electric power employees,and optimize emergency drills.,Strengthening emergency popular science publicity and other countermeasures and suggestions.It provides certain inspiration and reference significance for the improvement of emergency management level of large-scale power outages in Guangdong Province and other regions in my country. |
