Research On Intelligent Governance Of Urban Traffic In Hohhot

For a long time,relevant government departments have actively sought ways and means to improve the current situation of urban transportation based on their own responsibilities,and have made certain breakthroughs in some aspects,but the actual results are still not obvious.With the continuous increase of the permanent resident population in Hohhot,the number of motor vehicles is also increasing,especially the number of private cars.The frequent occurrence of traffic overload,traffic congestion,and traffic safety issues not only poses a huge challenge to the green and sustainable development of regional cities,but also seriously affects the vitality of urban economic development.In the national development plan,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,accelerating the coordination and optimization of industrial structure,and advocating a green and low-carbon lifestyle and production mode are the general routes that urban transportation development needs to follow.The emergence of intelligent governance models has made a rational leap in government governance capabilities from single to multiple,centralized to decentralized,closed and mysterious to transparent and open,opening an accelerated model for government governance effectiveness,and laying a foundation for sustainable development of urban transportation.From the perspective of smart governance,this article takes the current situation of urban traffic governance in Hohhot as the research foundation,combines the new public service theory and collaborative governance theory,evaluates the smart governance of urban traffic in Hohhot through fuzzy comprehensive analysis and analytic hierarchy process,excavates the problems in the smart governance of urban traffic in Hohhot,and deeply studies the substantive reasons for the emergence of urban traffic problems in Hohhot,Develop ideas and propose solutions to urban transportation problems.The formation of a smart urban traffic governance model with regional characteristics has strong practical guidance significance for improving the urban traffic governance capacity of Hohhot city.
