As the most grass-roots administrative organ,the township government is the direct link between the Party,the government and the people.The convening of the 18 th and 19 th National Congresses of the Party has put forward higher work requirements for grassroots cadres in townships.As the person responsible for the direct implementation of national policies,grassroots cadres in townships also face problems such as imperfect incentive mechanisms and imperfect guarantee mechanisms.In this context,township grassroots cadres are showing increasingly serious burnout phenomenon.For this reason,it is necessary to pay great attention to the burnout of grassroots cadres in townships.At present,China is in the stage of transformation and development,which requires the government to change its work function in order to adapt to the social development.As the cornerstone of state power,grassroots cadres in townships can influence the implementation of policies and determine the quality of services to the public.In order to be able to play the role of grassroots cadres and transform the grassroots government into a service-oriented government,the problem of their burnout needs to be solved.Therefore,this paper studies the burnout of grassroots cadres in D town of Wenzhou city,and analyzes the current situation,causes and countermeasures of burnout of grassroots cadres in D town on the basis of literature research method and survey questionnaire method.The paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,the paper explains the background and significance of the selected topic as well as the literature review at home and abroad.Secondly,the concept of grassroots cadres and township cadres is defined,and the MBI three-dimensional structure theory and two-factor theory are explained to lay the theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.Then,the current situation of burnout among grassroots cadres in D township of Wenzhou is analyzed,and the overall situation,influencing factors and main manifestations of burnout among grassroots cadres in D township are summarized based on the recovered questionnaire data.Then,we analyze the causes of burnout of grassroots cadres,which are mainly attributed to the imperfect incentive mechanism,imperfect guarantee mechanism,high work pressure and difficult social environment.And the countermeasures to alleviate the burnout of grass-roots cadres are proposed in four aspects,such as improving the incentive mechanism,improving the guarantee mechanism,reducing the work pressure and improving the working environment of grass-roots cadres.Finally,a conclusion is made.
