Exploration On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Party Construction Of Organs In The New Era

With China's reform and opening up entering a critical period,various internal contradictions accumulated over the years have brought great resistance to the continued development of the country and society.At the same time,the deterioration of the international economic environment and the turbulence of the political environment have also brought challenges to China's development.Therefore,learning and implementing Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and solving the outstanding problems in the style of work of Party organizations and public officials at all levels have become the primary task of the Party and the government.At present,Shenzhen is at the forefront of the "four" and is a pioneer in the socialist modernization area.It is paying close attention to the construction of service-oriented Party organizations and volunteer service teams for Party members.In this process,some party and government organs have introduced social work services.Under this background,social work of Party building with Chinese characteristics has arisen in the field of Party building.Taking the professional concept as the starting point,the Party's social work should give full play to its professional advantages,effectively assist the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and cadres,strengthen the mass foundation of the Party in power and the social foundation of the government administration,enhance the working efficiency of the Party and government organs,and create a new atmosphere of clean air and courage.Taking the Party building project of Shenzhen H organ as an example,this paper explores the involvement of professional social work in the Party building work of Shenzhen H organ by means of literature,interview and observation.The research finds that the following ways are needed for social work to intervene in Party building in the new era: first,to implement the concept of social work;second,to use social work methods;third,to attach importance to professional personnel;and fourth,to build a pluralistic participation system.Aiming at the construction of volunteer service team for Party members in H organ,this paper explores the path of social work intervention in Party building in H organ by means of group work intervention,combining with system perspective and advantage perspective.This paper is divided into the following parts: The first part introduces the background,significance and methods of the study,as well as the definition of the concept and theoretical perspective of the study.The second part,based on the author's survey data,objectively analyses the current situation and problems of Party building in H organ.The third part,through the group work method to intervene in the party building work of the organs,demonstrates the specific process of service development.The fourth part summarizes and reflects on group service.The fifth part,put forward countermeasures on social work intervention.The innovations of this paper are mainly as follows: First,professional social work intervenes in the party building work of government organs.As a new field,it is a blind spot in the academic research of social work in China.Secondly,in the exploration of the path of social work intervention in Party building of organs,this paper puts forward three methods of social work,namely "case work","group work" and "community work",and tries to explore the methods of "party building work" with Chinese characteristics.
