| Attaching importance to learning,learning diligently and learning well is the basis for the Party’s leadership of the people to achieve victory and overcome challenges time and again,and is a fine tradition and valuable historical experience of the CPC.During its long history of revolution,construction and reform,and at every major historical juncture,the CPC,as an advanced Marxist party,has always insisted on learning,promoting the development of the Party’s own theoretical level and practical ability through learning,and thus promoting the development of the Party and various national undertakings.As the current situation continues to change and the times continue to develop,the CPC,as the strong leading core of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,must build a Marxist learning party and construct a learning society and a learning nation by leading the people of all ethnic groups to build a strong socialist modern state.The period from 1956 to 1966 was a period of comprehensive socialist construction in China.During this period,the main contradictions and major tasks of society changed,while still facing a complex domestic and international situation as well as severe difficulties and challenges,but our Party always insisted on learning,painstakingly explored the content of building socialism,led the people to overcome one challenge and risk after another,and made brilliant achievements.This period of exploration has been marked by valuable experience as well as profound lessons.At a time when China’s development is in a period of important strategic opportunities,and at the same time the risks and challenges as well as uncertainties facing China’s development are on the rise,it is of great significance to fully draw on the Party’s experience in building a learning political party during the period of comprehensive socialism,which will enhance the confidence of the whole Party in building a learning political party and promote the development of the process of building a Marxist learning political party in China in the new era.This article takes the period of comprehensive construction of socialism as the scope of study,discusses the relevant basis for the CPC’s construction of a learning political party in that period from the basic theory,and analyses and summarises the effectiveness and inspiration of the construction of a Marxist learning political party in this period,with the specific practice of the CPC’s construction of a learning political party in the period of comprehensive construction of socialism as the main line.The article is divided into five parts:the first part introduces the purpose and significance of this article,the current situation of the study,the research method,the innovation and shortcomings of the study;the second part expounds the scientific connotation,the basic characteristics and the significance of building a Marxist learning party,providing a solid theoretical premise for the following part;the third part expounds the theoretical basis,the history,and the inspiration of the construction of a learning party in the Chinese Communist Party from 1956 to 1966.Part IV focuses on the concrete practice of building a learning political party in the CPC from 1956 to 1966;Part V deals with the main achievements and contemporary revelations of building a learning political party in the CPC from 1956 to 1966. |
