With the arrival of China’s aging population,the scale of labor supply is gradually shrinking,the total labor force in China is decreasing,and the labor market is also changing day by day.Especially under the influence of the COVID-19,the pressure on economic development has increased dramatically,and employment in some regions and fields is facing great challenges.Different employment types of labor force are also facing different degrees of employment problems,so improving the quality of employment has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.In this regard,this paper studies the impact path of human capital investment on employment quality,combined with CFPS data analysis,constructs a model to demonstrate the impact of human capital on employment quality,and improves human capital investment to enhance labor employment capacity from the impact path.By increasing human capital investment and improving the efficiency of human capital investment,the goal of improving the quality of labor supply and promoting high-quality employment of labor force can be finally achieved.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research overview,research ideas and research content framework;The second part is the basic theory,which defines human capital,employment quality and other related concepts,combs and summarizes the human capital theory and other related theories;The third part is the research design and model assumptions.Through the derivation and deduction of the previous theoretical views and empirical analysis,the hypotheses and theoretical models of this paper are proposed;The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the impact of human capital on the quality of labor employment,which mainly uses the CFPS micro survey data to empirically test the assumptions put forward above by using the method of multiple regression analysis,and further analyzes the mechanism of human capital affecting the quality of labor employment;The fifth part is the research conclusion and policy recommendations.It summarizes the research results of this paper,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the research conclusions,as well as prospects for the follow-up research work.
