| A highly qualified judiciary serves as the cornerstone of the rule of law and holds a crucial position in judicial reform.With the continuous deepening of judicial system reform,particularly the comprehensive implementation of the quota system,the legal profession faces new challenges.The introduction of this new system has brought significant changes to the judicial professional environment,involving notable adjustments in responsibilities,rights,and working methods.This transformation has not only positively influenced the stability and professionalism of judges,but also strengthened their evaluation,supervision,and management.However,it may also give rise to a range of new professional risks,such as increased work intensity,heightened job pressures,and potential risks of misconduct and abuse of power by certain judges.Therefore,this study takes a perspective of occupational risk prevention and control,conducting an in-depth analysis of China’s judicial occupational protection system,while drawing valuable insights from international experiences in preventing and mitigating professional risks faced by judges.The study aims to propose concrete and feasible reform suggestions to better safeguard the rights of judges and enhance the fairness and efficiency of the judicial system. |
