Judges undertake the important mission of correctly applying the law and maintaining the normal operation of the country’s judicial system.They play an important role in resolving social conflicts,safeguarding social fairness and justice,and comprehensively promoting the rule of law.The party’s 20 put forward "deepening the reform of the judicial system of comprehensive,comprehensive and accurate application of law responsibility system,speed up the construction of socialist judicial system that is more just,efficient,and authoritative"new task,improve the judge professional security system,can promote the realization of the goal,more help to improve the comprehensive quality of the judge,let it enjoy a sense of honor.The comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system proposed by the CPC Central Committee is an original concept,which marks the new era of the judicial reform in China has entered a new stage,and is the reform of the judicial thinking mode.The comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system is mainly committed to eliminating the obstacles such as the inadequate judicial supervision and management,the different rights and responsibilities of judges,and the insufficient judge guarantee and incentive.Therefore,strengthening the professional security system for judges is a major part of the comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system.At the same time,strengthening the professional security system for judges can reduce the influence of external factors on the exercise of judicial power by judges,improve the authority of the law,make law-abiding become a daily habit of citizens,and better promote the comprehensive rule of law.However,at present,the occupational security system for judges in China has been unable to meet the needs of the new situation,and the provisions about the professional security system for judges in the Judges’ Law and the Civil Servant Law are also relatively backward.As a part of compr-ehensively promoting the comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system,it has also become an urgent task in practice to improve the professional safety system for judges.In fact,the meaning of the judge’s occupational safety system covers a wide range of judges,such as the power and rights of judges,as well as the management of the team of judges,and is closely related to the party committees,administrative organs,courts and other departments.In order to further perfect the professional security system for judges,we must grasp the new requirements of the comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system,and find out the existing problems of the system,and conduct a comprehensive analysis and investigation.This paper studies the judge’s occupational safety system under the background of the comprehensive reform of our judicial system through empirical analysis method,data analysis method and comparative analysis method.First of all,pointed out the comprehensive reform of the judicial system of the background perfect the significance of the judge professional security system,then pointed out the new requirements of the comprehensive reform of the judicial system for the judge’s occupational safety system,then,listed in our country under the judge role professional security system judge the obstruction,there is the judge exercise their functions and powers is restricted,the judge rights protection with its professional particularity,the judge team management loopholes.Then,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of perfecting the power guarantee system,system for safeguarding the rights of judges and management system,and compares and uses for reference the removal conditions,welfare treatment and service years of judges in western countries.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some theoretical basis for further improving the professional security system of judges in China.
