Research On Community Management Of Demolition And Settlement Under The Guidance Of Party Construction

In order to speed up the construction of Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-tech Zone,farmers’ houses in Yexu Town,Sixiang Street,a large number of villages and communities in the High-tech Zone were requisitioned,in order to better resolve the housing contradictions of resettled farmers.The Party Working Committee of High-tech Zone decided to build a resettlement area for demolition in Zhuya Community of Yexu Town.In April 2011,the resettlement area for demolition and relocation was officially started.In2013,the community for resettlement was formally established.After nearly 8 years of practice and exploration,the Kangju Community of Yexu Town has achieved remarkable results and summarized some experiences in leading the community governance in the Party building.However,there are still problems such as weak sense of belonging of residents and weak community governance force,which restrict the effectiveness of community governance and also affect the quality of life of residents.Therefore,taizhou medicine Ye Xu Town housing community party building in the zone leading the community governance as the research subject,to perfect the resettlement community governance through the party at the grass-roots level to strengthen community,improve the resettlement community residents living environment,promote the harmonious coexistence between the residents,promote "work sharing management pattern of" effective formation,has important theoretical significance and realistic significance.In this paper,the new public service theory and polycentric governance theory as the instruction,and the domestic existing in academia for reference of existing research results resettlement community governance practices,on the basis of using literature analysis,field research,household interviews,research methods,such as medical high-tech zone of taizhou Ye Xu Town comfortable housing community party construction leads to study the community governance.First of all,the party building in the community of Yexu Town to lead the community governance and the results of the overview.Secondly,analyze its existing governance dilemma and reasons.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic experience of community governance of demolition and resettlement and community governance led by the party construction,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting community governance of demolition and resettlement under the leadership of the party construction.By summarizing the problems existing in the Party building leading community governance in the healthy community,this paper tries to make exploratory suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the leadership of the grass-roots Party organization,building the service-oriented Party organization,and improving the quality of residents.Based on the practice of community governance led by the Party construction in the health community of Yexu Town,Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-Tech Zone,this paper makes innovative exploration in two aspects: in terms of research content,it analyzes the governance dilemma and causes from the aspects of governance subject,the role of Party construction and the participation of the masses of Party members,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions;In terms of research methods,field investigation and interview are taken as the realistic basis of the research,which enhances the guiding significance of countermeasures and suggestions.
