Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Governance Of Demolition And Resettlement In The Eastern New District Of Chengdu

With the development of the economy,the speed of urbanization in modern society is getting faster and faster,the city is expanding continuously,and the scale of land acquisition is expanding accordingly.Urbanization promotes the emergence of various high-tech industrial development zones,industrial parks,and emerging urban areas in cities;rural collective land has been expropriated,and a large number of landless farmers have appeared in rural areas.To ensure the living standards of farmers,local governments have unified planning and construction Resettlement communities,a product of the rural urbanization process,are emerging.How to manage such a brand-new community,deal with the contradictions among the demolition households,and make the transition from rural communities to urban communities smoothly and smoothly is a problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.The demolition and resettlement community is a unique form of the Chinese community,and the research on the demolition and resettlement community governance will help us to understand the Chinese community governance from a deeper and more micro level.It is precise because of the particularity of demolition and resettlement communities that we need to conduct in-depth research on this type of community governance,which has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the integration of landless farmers into urban society as soon as possible and maintaining the stable and harmonious development of grassroots society.First of all,this article introduces the fundamental theories of community governance for demolition and resettlement and the definition of related concepts using literature research methods;secondly,it studies the governance status of demolition and resettlement communities in the Eastern New District of Chengdu through a case analysis method;The governance body analyzes the problems and causes in the governance of the demolition and resettlement communities in the eastern New District of Chengdu through questionnaires,in-depth interviews,etc.;thirdly,they learn and draw lessons from the advanced experience of typical domestic urban community governance;finally,the basis of comprehensive analysis The above,from the four dimensions of promoting the participation of residents and social organizations in governance,improving the supply security of community governance for demolition and resettlement,changing the life concept of community residents,establishing a sense of citizenship,and improving the mechanism of community governance Suggestions for countermeasures.This article aims to use social governance theory,collaborative governance theory,new public service theory,etc.,through a sample study of the demolition and resettlement communities in the Eastern New District,and analyze it from the perspective of government management,to provide reference methods and paths for the governance of the same type of community.
