| In the new period,in order to further provide the people with more high-quality and public services,the government tends to transfer some functions of the government’s management department to the organization of social groups,such as women’s federation organization.Women’s federations,as the most representative organizations in safeguarding women’s rights and interests,bear the responsibility of speaking up for women’s rights and interests throughout the country,safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children,and helping women get rid of hardships.At present,the government needs women’s federations to provide professional services for grassroots social governance,and women’s federations also need to rely on the support of the government for development.Therefore,the two organizations have formed an interdependent relationship.However,due to the difference in the importance and scarcity of resources and the difficulty of obtaining alternative resources,there is a state of asymmetric resource interdependence between the government and the institutions,that is,the government is dependent on the women’s federation organization,which is not reflected in resources,while the women’s federation organization shows strong resource dependence on the government resources.Therefore,in participating in grassroots social governance,women’s federations must conform to the trend of The Times,keep pace with The Times,constantly change the concept of social governance,increase their own resources or innovate the ability to use resources,promote the construction of institutions,and optimize the communication mechanism.Promote project construction,and vigorously improve the enthusiasm of participating in social management;Strengthen promotion efforts,encourage and guide the public to actively participate in social governance;Only by strengthening quality education and building a team of high-level talents can we truly play our functions in the new era,play a positive role in protecting the rights and interests of women and children,and create a better life together with women,so as to make a contribution to social harmony and stability. |
