Research On The Strategy Of Cultivating High-quality Farmers In Weng'an County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

A century of changes in the intertwined century,the risk of development is more complex and volatile.Maintaining agricultural fundamentals and sticking to the principle of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" are the backbone to deal with changes and create a new situation.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization."Industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life",describes a new grander picture of the future rural areas,and also gives a new era meaning to high-quality farmers,which is the key to solving the "three rural issues".How to cultivate high-quality farmers to become the backbone of rural revitalization has become an important issue to be solved urgently.Under the background of rural revitalization,the policy orientation is more inclined to the countryside.As the main force of rural revitalization,the cultivation of high-quality farmers is attached importance by the government.In this paper,Wengan County,Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,is taken as the research object.Questionnaires are given out and collected by means of questionnaire survey.Based on "government function theory" and "motivation theory",this paper analyzes the problems and causes of Wengan County government’s strategy of cultivating high-quality farmers under the background of rural revitalization.
