In the 19 th Party Congress report,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which is the general grasp of the work of the "three rural areas" in the new era.In 1990,the Ministry of Agriculture proposed the concept of professional farmers.After more than 30 years of development,from professional farmers,new farmers,new professional farmers to high-quality farmers,and finally,in 2019,the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Rural Work formally appeared to cultivate a team of high-quality farmers;all these titles refer to the leaders of modern agriculture.The main characteristics of high-quality farmers are literacy,knowledge of technology,good management and management.There are main types of business management,professional production and skilful service.Farmers are the leading force in implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and high-quality farmers,as elites and leaders among farmers,are the leading force in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Ideological and political education for high-quality farmers is an essential part of rural ideological and political work,and it has a special mission in rural revitalization.The exemplary and leading role of high-quality farmers in ideological and political education can drive other farmers and even the whole society to participate in rural revitalization,increase the enthusiasm of everyone to participate and stimulate the creativity of everyone to work to provide continuous spiritual power and intellectual support for rural revitalization strategy.Through literature analysis,survey analysis and comparative analysis,the article summarizes the problems of ideological and political education of high-quality farmers: some rural grass-roots party organizations fail to play the role of education effectively,the degree of specialization of ideological and political educators of high-quality farmers is not high,teachers are lacking,the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education of high-quality farmers is not sound,financial investment is insufficient,the sense of access of high-quality farmers is not strong,the cultivation system is not perfect.Therefore,under the strategy of rural revitalization,ideological and political education for high-quality farmers should strengthen the construction of training teams for ideological and political education for high-quality farmers,give full play to the advantages of rural grass-roots party organizations,create a good atmosphere for ideological and political education for high-quality farmers,build a suitable mechanism for ideological and political education for high-quality farmers,continuously improve the external environment of ideological and political education for high-quality farmers,and enhance the internal functions,to give full play to the role of ideological and political education for high-quality farmers in rural areas.The role of ideological and political education for high-quality farmers in revitalizing rural talents and fully promoting the revitalization of rural areas.
