Research On Cultivation Problems And Countermeasures Of High-quality Farmers In Jinning District Of Kunming City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The cultivation of high-quality farmers is the premise and guarantee for the realization of talent revitalization in rural revitalization.Cultivating high-quality farmers can continuously input labor force for rural revitalization to adapt to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and strengthen the talent team for rural revitalization.However,due to the huge gap between urban and rural development,more and more high-quality rural labor force outflow,the hollowing out of villages,the aging of the population,and the concurrent employment of farmers are prominent.rural revitalization and development is faced with the problem of talent shortage,and the key to solve this problem is to cultivate high-quality farmers to adapt to the new era of agricultural and rural development.Jinning,as the largest county in the country for the production of fresh cut flowers,has vigorously developed modern agriculture such as vegetables and flowers since the implementation of rural revitalization,and constantly reformed the mode of agricultural development.The development of Jinning agriculture requires a large number of modern and high-quality farmers.For this reason,the Jinning government has continuously explored and practiced the cultivation of high-quality farmers.The cultivation of high-quality farmers has achieved certain results,but there are also certain problems in the cultivation process.It is necessary to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Jinning District.The current situation,find out the existing problems and reasons,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to better improve the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Jinning,and cultivate more high-quality farmers suitable for the development of Jinning rural and modern agriculture.This paper mainly using the literature research,questionnaire investigation,interviews and other research methods,first to the country revitalization under the background of farmers to cultivate high quality research background,significance,and has carried on the induction summary research status at home and abroad,to the country revitalization under the background of farmers to cultivate high quality the major concepts,theoretical foundation and the relationship between rural revitalization and farmers to cultivate high quality briefly in this paper.Secondly,the author takes kunming jinning area as the research object,combined with the geographical advantage of jinning movement area,agricultural industrial development scale,the main methods of farmers cultivating high quality and effective and jinning area farmers cultivate high quality questionnaire investigation,analysis the background of rural revitalization of jinning area farmers to cultivate high quality problems are mainly farmers awareness government farmers cultivate high quality work is weak,Low awareness rate,unscientific training content,lack of diversity of training forms,weak training teachers and post-training tracking service is not in place,and analyze the reasons.Combined with the experience and inspiration of farmers’ cultivation in developed countries such as the United States,Germany and South Korea,it is proposed to carry out in-depth publicity work,create a good cultivation atmosphere,do a good job in demand research and study analysis,scientifically set cultivation content,innovate cultivation forms,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.And increase investment in follow-up services,improve the cultivation and supervision mechanism,and do a good job of tracking service countermeasures,so as to promote the development of high-quality farmers’ cultivation under the background of rural revitalization in my country.
