Historical Examination And Contemporary Value Of The Idea Of Common Wealth

Common prosperity has always been the goal pursued by the Chinese people,and the Chinese Communists have been constantly making new explorations to realize common prosperity.The idea of common prosperity has provided theoretical guidance and practical guidelines for promoting the exploration of common prosperity.At present,China is in the critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the idea of common prosperity.An in-depth study of the idea of common prosperity will not only enable us to better grasp its rich connotation,but also provide a guide for action to realize common prosperity in China.This paper firstly clarifies the purpose and significance of choosing the idea of common prosperity as the research object.Secondly,the theoretical origin of the idea of common prosperity is sorted out,focusing on the idea of common prosperity contained in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,foreign idealistic socialists and classical Marxist writers,which provides a theoretical basis for the formation of the idea of common prosperity of the CPC.Again,starting from the historical development of the idea of common prosperity in the CPC,and taking the 18 th CPC National Congress as the boundary,on the basis of systematically examining the exploration of the idea of common prosperity before the 18 th CPC National Congress,i.e.,from the period of the New Democratic Revolution to the period of the socialist revolution and construction,and from the period of reform and opening up to the new period of socialist modernization,the Party’s exploration of the idea of common prosperity since China entered the new era is focused on The main content of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thesis on common prosperity and the innovative development and practical direction of the idea of common prosperity are highlighted.Finally,the contemporary value of the idea of common prosperity is discussed,namely,the idea of common prosperity inherits and develops the Marxist idea of common prosperity,enriches the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and highlights the superiority of the socialist system;at the same time,it provides Chinese solutions for all countries in the world to solve the gap between the rich and the poor,promotes the rapid development of the socialist market economy,and is more conducive to the new development of human civilization.The idea of common prosperity is the ideological crystallization of the Communist Party of China after a century of exploration,and it will develop with the continuous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It will certainly provide a constant source of theoretical support for the cause of common prosperity of the Communist Party of China and eventually guide the Chinese people to achieve common prosperity.
