| At present,with the formal determination of the status of the first-level discipline of national security science,the focus of our education circles will be adjusted from "whether to establish the first-level discipline of national security science" to "how to build the first-level discipline of national security science" and "how to train the high-level talents of national security science".Although various experts and scholars have conducted a lot of argumentation on this kind of problem,they still fail to form a relatively unified view.As a programmatic element of discipline construction,discipline core literacy can effectively guide its development direction in the course of discipline construction,and realize the "remedy for the case" of talent training.Therefore,according to the development characteristics of national security science,the targeted setting of "core literacy of national security science" is conducive to the relative unity of the above issues,connecting the two important aspects of "teaching effectiveness" and "individual development of students",so as to help the first-level discipline of national security science to achieve "precise education" and "comprehensive education".The establishment of the subject core quality depends on the accurate grasp of the concept and way of education.As a relatively "young" discipline,the core accomplishment of national security discipline should be fully combined with the development experience of foreign similar disciplines and the opinions and suggestions of Chinese experts and scholars in the establishment process.Therefore,this paper selects the grounded theory research method to first structure the education and training mode of similar disciplines in foreign countries,and summarizes the core quality of their disciplines on this basis.At the same time,this paper also uses the grounded theory research method to deconstruct the relevant articles published by domestic experts and scholars on the issue of talent training,and summarizes the overall requirements of Chinese academic circles for national security talents.After comparing the two,we will further set up the core literacy of national security science and put forward specific implementation strategies.After the study,it is found that the development level of homeland security discipline in the United States is at a relatively high level among similar disciplines abroad,with typical characteristics such as rich and varied curriculum content,close connection between government and school,outstanding practical application education,and obvious integration of research and learning.It is concluded that the core accomplishment of homeland security discipline in the United States includes strategic concept,analytical thinking,coping ability,practice connection and so on.However,the overall requirement of Chinese scholars for national security talents is basically the same.Therefore,on the basis of fully combining domestic and foreign experience and opinions,this paper divides the core literacy of national security science into five categories: strategic vision,comprehensive knowledge,skilled skills,joint practice,and excellent quality,and sets up corresponding implementation strategies from the three aspects of teachers,curriculum and teaching,so as to promote the cultivation mode of higher national security talents to become mature. |
