The Evolution Course And Practical Enlightenment Of The Relationship Between The CPC And The CCYL In The Central Soviet Period

The relationship between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Youth League of China is the relationship mode and the interactive process of the CPC and the CCYL under the common guiding ideology,clear political orientation and the task division suitable for the development of the two.By collecting,sorting out and studying the publications of the CPC and the CCYL in the Soviet Area of the Central Committee,this thesis sorts out the evolution of the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL in that period,and summarizes the historical experience of the CPC and the CCYL in improving their relationship,so as to enlighten the work of the CCYL in the new era.In the Soviet period,the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL went through three stages: starting,developing and perfecting.In the initial stage(1931.1-1931.12),the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL experienced a process from listening to the party’s command to linkage.Although the CPC and the CCYL have gradually connected with each other from the previous state of differentiation,they are slowly progressing due to "liquidationism".It is urgent for them to change their thinking.In the development stage(1932.1-1932.11),the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL experienced a process from inadequate improvement to outstanding results.The League Congress of the Soviet Area realized that "relaxation of youth" was the key to promoting "liquidationism",thus affecting the formation of close relations between the CPC and the CCYL.After the meeting,the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL was preliminarily clarified.Under the leadership of the CPC,the CCYL in the Soviet Area began to "fight for youth" and achieved initial success in many youth work.In the improvement stage(1932.12-1934.10),the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL experienced a process from continuous consolidation to expanded effectiveness.The CPC and the CCYL makes the relationship more clear,the linkage is closer,and the division of labor is more appropriate,so that the CCYL can complete the tasks of the CPC better in the expansion of the Red Army,supporting the superior army and supporting the logistics.By combing through the four years’ evolution of the relationship between the CPC and the CCYL during the turbulent changes in the Central Soviet Area,it is not difficult to find that the CCYL should adhere to the leadership of the CPC in organization,focus on the central task of the CPC in the direction of work and realize the historical experience of "working youth" in the working methods.Accordingly,it has practical enlightenment for the work of the CCYL in the new era to adhere to the political construction of the league,to adhere to the action of the work and to adhere to the reform of the system to strengthen the league.
