Research On The Collaborative Mechanism Of Community Drug/Rehabilitation Digital System For Drug Addicts

Promoting the collaborative governance of community drug rehabilitation/rehabilitation digital platforms,breaking the digital barrier information silo,and realizing the online management of drug addicts’ social management and control are the development requirements of network power in the new era.In the process of information technology development for drug users,various drug rehabilitation departments in Guangdong Province have launched a series of measures,which have made significant contributions to achieving intelligent drug rehabilitation and digital government,and provide strong digital guarantees for the social governance of drug users.However,various drug rehabilitation departments have also encountered some urgent problems in the process of promoting digital platform sharing.This article closely follows the theme of building a digital platform for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation.Taking Guangdong Province as an example,it introduces the current situation of digital platform construction for drug abuse control among various drug rehabilitation departments.Through interviews and research with relevant personnel in the province’s public security organs,judicial and administrative drug rehabilitation officers,community drug control commissioners,and drug control social workers,the theory of collaborative governance is applied,The study analyzed the difficulties encountered by the digital platform for community drug rehabilitation/rehabilitation in the province,especially the rights and responsibilities system mechanism,digital information related rights,collaborative platform responsibility implementation,collaborative governance technology,and other issues.The above issues were analyzed and discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to deepen the construction of collaborative system mechanism,improve the formulation of digital information rules,highlight the participation of multiple entities,and establish data collaborative support,I hope to provide reference value for the digital governance of drug rehabilitation/rehabilitation in communities within the province in the future.
