Research On Rural Talents Revitalization In Ganzhou City From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the report emphatically advocated for the implementation of the rural revitalization plan,stressing the necessity of constructing a sound system that meets the general criteria of industrial success,ecological livability,rural civilization,efficient governance,and abundant life".This included the construction of a policy and mechanism.Coordinating the growth of both urban and rural areas,and hastening the modernization of both agricultural and rural regions.The key to rural revitalization lies in people,promoting rural revitalization strategies,and strengthening the support role of talent in rural revitalization.Talent must be better attracted,retained,and used.As we all know,there are many mountain villages in Ganzhou City,and the economic development is relatively backward.From the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,studying the revitalization of rural talents in Ganzhou City and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the old areas in Ganzhou can bring certain practical significance.This article starts with the research background of rural talent revitalization,drawing on the relevant research content of domestic and foreign scholars,and concludes that it is urgent to strengthen the construction of rural talent teams.Secondly,this article introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis of rural revitalization and talent revitalization,analyzes the current situation and effectiveness of rural talent development in Ganzhou City through data,and extends the necessity of rural talent revitalization in Ganzhou City.There are difficulties in the revitalization of rural talents in Ganzhou City,such as the aging population,the imbalance in the structure of rural talents,the imbalance in urban and rural development,the loss of resources for rural talent construction,and the lack of rural talent cultivation.It is proposed to innovate in the introduction and exchange of rural talents,develop advantageous industries,build industrial talent interest linkages,and integrate the rural talent team,Innovate the countermeasures for cultivating rural talent team to solve the problems existing in the revitalization of rural talent in Ganzhou City.Currently,China is in the initial stage of rural revitalization.However,the research on the revitalization of rural talents is of great significance.Whether agriculture is strong,rural areas are beautiful,and farmers are rich is a key factor that affects the quality of our country’s over.
