Research On Rural Talent Revitalization In Taining County,Fujian Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the development of rural revitalization construction,rural talents play a crucial role.The development of the Party and the country relies on rural talents,which are directly related to the high-quality development of rural areas and the effective promotion of rural revitalization.Cultivate a high-quality rural talent team,stationed in and serving the countryside,so that they can contribute to the development of the countryside,add color to people’s spiritual life,and ultimately achieve common prosperity for all people.This article combines the actual situation of Taining County,Fujian Province,to further analyze the current situation and existing problems in the rural talent revitalization construction of Taining County,Fujian Province under the background of rural revitalization.By using a combination of theory and practice,it deeply analyzes the reasons for the existing problems,and effectively proposes implementation measures for rural talent construction in Taining County,Fujian Province.Through collecting and consulting relevant materials,the author found that Taining County in Fujian Province,as a former revolutionary base in the western Fujian region of the Central Soviet Area,is located in a mountainous area and lacks rural talents.The total amount of talent introduction and policies for talent services are not sufficient,which indicates that a large number of people have not been aware of the relevant policies for talent introduction in Taining County,Fujian Province;Secondly,the imperfect policy system in talent development policies,incomplete regulations related to training mechanisms,and inadequate implementation of talent policies also affect the introduction of high-level talents;In addition,the outdated concept of local rural talent development,low enthusiasm for rural talent to participate in rural governance,insufficient publicity and influence,as well as the lack of high-quality industries as strong support in Taining County,Fujian Province,can all lead to talent being discouraged.According to the above problems,the author obtained data through questionnaire survey and analyzed the questionnaire data.Combined with interviews,the analysis and research concluded that the reasons for the problems in the revitalization of rural talents in Taining County,Fujian Province are: lack of innovative development awareness,lagging preparation plan,weak core competitiveness,difficulties in industrial cultivation,insufficient talent research,unclear division of responsibilities,and limited development space for rural talents,The Human capital flight is serious,the publicity of talents is not wide enough,and the sense of "ownership" is lacking.According to the spirit guidance of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and relevant research results,Taining County should focus on the leadership of party building,innovate development concepts,enhance its core competitiveness in surrounding areas,strengthen industrial development,deepen rural talent work,do a good job in rural talent services,broaden talent introduction channels,attract various rural talents,strengthen publicity and guidance,forge a pilot pilot and other measures to promote the development of rural talent revitalization in Taining County.I hope this paper can provide experience and reference for the revitalization of rural talents in Taining County,Fujian Province.
