| China is a large agricultural country,and the proportion of farmers in the total population is very high.Therefore,the healthy development of rural areas and the survival of farmers have always been the focus of national attention.The development demand of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the goal of poverty alleviation put forward new and higher requirements for the quality and quantity of rural talents.However,as far as the reality is concerned,in the actual stock of farmers in our country,the farmers who really master the scientific agricultural knowledge and skills reserve are very deficient,and the agricultural personnel training work carried out in Colleges and universities also has a dilemma that does not fully meet the actual needs of rural development,which seriously hinders the realization of the goal of Rural Revitalization.Therefore,we must increase our efforts to cultivate new farmers as the main body,and speed up the cultivation of a group of Rural Revitalization talents who master modern new agricultural production knowledge and technology,understand agricultural management and are good at agricultural management.This paper summarizes the practical experience of s city’s Rural Revitalization school cooperating with multiple subjects to participate in the cultivation of Rural Revitalization talents,and puts forward the cooperative mechanism of Rural Revitalization talents cultivation.This paper summarizes that the participants in the collaborative cultivation of Rural Revitalization talents include the government,enterprises,colleges and universities,schools,rural leaders,etc.these subjects are not unequal superior subordinate relations,but the cooperative and mutual assistance relations based on the interactive mechanism of equal dialogue,consultation and sharing among the subjects.As an authoritative department,the government takes the initiative to play the role of providing public security;enterprises are more advantageous in the use of resources,and assume the responsibility of providing agricultural industry projects and practice bases;colleges and universities,as the main body of talent cultivation,provide intellectual,talent and technical support for the cultivation of Rural Revitalization talents;rural leaders,as the transmitters of rural construction experience,undertake the transmission to students As for the role of cultivation experience,the school sets up a collaborative platform for multiple subjects,coordinates the talent cultivation resources of multiple subjects,and forms a joint force of collaborative cultivation of Rural Revitalization talents.These subjects have different division of labor.They build efficient operation coordination mechanism through effective information coordination mechanism,interest coordination mechanism,target coordination mechanism and system coordination mechanism,realize the virtuous circle of Multi-Agent Coordination and interaction,and establish the coordination relationship of equality and mutual benefit.In the process of investigation,the author found that there are some imperfect problems in the operation process of collaborative mechanism of talent cultivation in schools,such as loose interest connection mechanism,ineffective collaborative governance;unclear responsibility relationship of multiple subjects,leading to role dislocation;serious policy dependence,lack of initiative of collaborative subjects;Project-based Collaborative governance,lack of long-term mechanism,etc In response to these shortcomings,combined with the study and Research on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper correspondingly puts forward some countermeasures,such as reasonably positioning the role of the main body,defining the division of rights and responsibilities,optimizing the construction of the interest linkage mechanism of the collaborative main body,strengthening the collaborative incentive mechanism,improving the collaborative effort,constructing the timely information feedback mechanism and the cultivation effect evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the talent cultivation synergy mechanism The operation of the system improves the effect of collaborative cultivation. |
