| Based on the villager self-governance system,the first secretary in the village is an important system for the Party to strengthen rural social governance through cadre subsidence,promote the positive interaction between the state and rural society,make up for the lack of endogenous governance power in rural society and the lack of revitalizing talents.It will continue to play a role in the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.There is a lack of in-depth research on the role conflict of the first secretary in a village and its adjustment path.In order to explore the behaviors and role conflicts of the first secretary stationed in the village under multiple roles,based on in-depth interviews of the first Secretary stationed in the village of T county and several relevant subjects,the research method of grounded theory is used to identify the main role types of the first secretary stationed in the village and construct a theoretical model of role conflicts,explaining the main role conflicts and action logic in the practice of grassroots governance.The study found: The role of the first secretary stationed in village in the practice of grassroots governance can be divided into work role and family role.Meanwhile,the work attribute of the first secretary stationed in village increases the pressure of family role in vain.These roles make the First Secretary stationed in village face the conflict of work role and special conflict between family and work role in the interaction of grassroots social governance situation.It further affects the role of the first secretary in the village and the governance effect,as well as the action logic of obedience,exchange,cooperation and negotiation around these role conflicts.On this basis,this paper puts forward conflict adjustment strategies of the first secretary in village from the organizational level,individual level and management level around these conflicts,in order to promote the first secretary in village to better play a functional role.The research of this paper provides a reference for clarifying the role conflict and adjustment of the first secretary in the village,and provides a more comprehensive perspective for understanding and supporting the working practice of the first secretary in the village.The paper consists of four parts.The introduction part clarifies the necessity of the study and adjustment of the role conflict of the first secretary in a village by combing the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad.The first chapter defines the core concepts and explains the relevant theories.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the research field and a series of processes such as data collection,analysis and integration using the research ideas of grounded theory,abstracts the core category of this paper work-family role to lead the theoretical framework of this paper,and finally tests the core category of this paper through the theory saturation test.The third chapter mainly defines the work role and family role of the first secretary in the village based on the category of the second chapter,and explains the role conflict and action logic of the first secretary in the village.In the fourth chapter,according to the role dilemma faced by the first secretary in the village,the author puts forward the role conflict adjustment strategy from the level of selection,individual and management. |
