Poverty is a phenomenon in which social material life and spiritual life are poor,it is an issue of long-standing concern in our country and in the world.In order to solve the poverty problem,our country has made unremitting efforts since the reform and opening up.In 2013,Xi Jinping proposed that poverty alleviation should be conducted accurately,since then accurate poverty alleviation has become the implementation of poverty alleviation strategy,it also serves as a major way to ensure that the poor in rural areas will be free from poverty by 2020.After the nineteenth congress,it became a hot topic in society.Since the beginning of the precision poverty alleviation strategy,Precision assist becomes one of the key points of the strategy.All cities and counties will send relevant cadre to help poor villages,to be the first secretary in a certain period of time in a poor village,help it get rid of poverty and get rich.The "First Secretary" who has been chosen has arrived at the impoverished village,how to realize the transition from leading cadres of the city to the role of rural poverty alleviation workers,and explore the related factors that affect the adaptation of the role to enhance the adaptability of "First Secretary" is the key issue to be studied in this article.This article chooses six "First Secretary" who were selected by the province of Henan as the interview,use of unstructured interview,study the discomfort of "first secretary" in role transition and its causes.The problem is divided into common problems and personality problems,common problems include agricultural-related knowledge is scarce;The fragmented state formed by the poor for many years;Discomfort caused by changes in the way of interpersonal communication;The differences between urban and rural cultural practices affect work and life;The traditional system of leadership does not apply to rural areas;The limitation of term affects the way of adaptation;The poor integration of village authorities has made external leadership difficult to reach;Smallholder thinking have a great impact,lead to excessive attention to personal interests.Personality problems include habitual thinking restrictions in their own work;Personal Social Support Network has differences;Poor working and living environment;Difficulties in personal life;Participation motivation is too utilitarian,concerned about the promotion;Media advertising is missing;The gap between role expectations and practice is greater.For these problems,they are summarized as prominent issues that affect the adaptation of roles in the work,life,and psychological effects,and in the third,fourth and fifth chapters,we will analyze these outstanding issues in terms of occupational adaptation,life adaptation and identity,combining the theory of role,the theory of interaction,and so on.Through the above three aspects of the analysis:Although "The First Secretary" is lack of agricultural knowledge,interaction with related groups,hard working environment,differences customs and habits,external related support etc,already basically adapted the Role of the Poverty alleviation in the Village.Most of the adaptation period is between six months to one year.But in terms of rural power structure,scattered working atmosphere,traditional human society and other reasons.When playing the role of "first secretary",there are still some problems.The factors affecting the role adaptation can be divided into internal causes and external causes.A lack of individual knowledge and ability,role definition is indeterminate,thinking and ideas need to be renewed,these are internal causes.Lack of assessment,training and guarantee,unbalance of large environment in poor villages,social support network is smaller,these are external cause.Finally,according to the reasons for the adaptation of the role,we discussed how the "First Secretary" never adapts to adapt.From the "first secretary" level,need to clarify role positioning,cultivate a positive attitude;Update professional values;Improve social communication skills.From the relevant group level,need to organize departments to increase the intensity of training before poverty alleviation work;Concerned department strengthen the evaluation and protection mechanism;Family and unit leaders give understanding and support.From the social level,need to mobilize the enthusiasm of poor villages in all aspects,create a good atmosphere of poverty alleviation;Create a beautiful natural environment and a harmonious human environment;Increase media propaganda power,expanding social awareness.
