Research On Xi Jinping’s Overall National Security Concept

National security is the premise and cornerstone for a country’s survival and development.With the onset of a new era and facing a once-in-a-century transformation and a great rejuvenation,Entering a new era,in the face of a century of great changes and a great leap forward in rejuvenation.China’s national security situation has undergone significant changes.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,comprehensively analyzed the domestic and international security situation and put forward a national security concept with Chinese characteristics.This is a major theoretical innovation in Marxist national security thinking,which has been incorporated into the Party Constitution as a basic strategy for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Xi Jinping’s national security concept responds to the changes of the times,meets theoretical needs,and meets practical requirements.It scientifically answers how China can effectively respond to changes and challenges in the domestic and international situation during the development stage of "becoming strong," and creates a good internal and external development environment and conditions for realizing China’s modernization with Chinese characteristics,thus ensuring the successful realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is a guiding principle for safeguarding national security in the new era.Therefore,conducting in-depth research on Xi Jinping’s national security concept has significant theoretical and practical significance.This article aims to comprehensively analyze the inheritance and innovation of Xi Jinping’s national security concept and explore the significant meaning of this concept.Firstly,this article deeply analyzes the evolution of the national security strategic thinking of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,comprehensively summarizes the historical experience of the formation of the national security concept,and expounds the profound connotations of the national security concept.Secondly,this article summarizes the three prominent theoretical features of the national security concept compared to other Marxist national security theories,namely,totality,people-centeredness,and contemporaneity,further deepening the understanding of the significant theoretical innovation of the national security concept.Thirdly,this article comprehensively analyzes the main contents of the national security concept from four aspects: adhering to the Party’s leadership,strengthening top-level design,adhering to the bottom line thinking,handling the five important relationships,strengthening international security cooperation,and strengthening the construction of national security capacity,in order to achieve a deep,comprehensive,and systematic understanding of the main theoretical content of Xi Jinping’s national security concept.Finally,this article focuses on the significant meaning of Xi Jinping’s national security concept from three aspects: theoretical,practical,and its impact on the world,particularly in-depth research on the important significance of the national security concept for the smooth completion of the new journey and the central tasks of the Party in the new era and for maintaining world peace,further enhancing the "four self-confidence."...
