| In 1990,China officially launched the process of informatization construction, and so far the development of e-government has achieved great results. The core value of e-government is to use modern information technology to improve the government’s public services, improve the level and quality of public services, which not only simplifies administrative processes, improves administrative efficiency, but also increases the openness and transparency of government administration. In recent years, with the continuous refinement of the application of e-government,the focus of e-government has gradually extended to the grassroots level, and whether the e-government system can be effectively used to achieve public service goals has become an important indicator to evaluate the governance level and administrative ability of grassroots governments in the context of service-oriented government.Who are the service targets of the grassroots e-government system? Can the existing e-government system be truly accessible? How to improve the service quality of the e-government system? The study of these issues involves the study of grassroots e-government processes. With the title of "Research on Optimization of E-government Process Oriented to Convenience ——Take the C District E-window system as an example",tintegrates the theories of service-oriented government, government process reengineering, and inter-departmental collaboration mechanisms, describes the current use of the C district E-window system, and uses the questionnaire survey method, interview method and data analysis method revealed the reason why the average one-time pass rate of the whole service is less than 60% when users use the system to handle business, and the one-time approval rate of change business is only28.97%,and puts forward the reasons for improving ideological construction.Refine the system process and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration in three aspects: the idea of convenience-oriented process optimization of the C district E-window system.Through the process optimization of the C district E-window system,we aim to eliminate user obstacles, achieve the goal of reducing the digital divide, and lower the barriers to grassroots services in the context of e-government,improve the efficiency of business closing, improve user satisfaction, enhance grassroots administrative capabilities, and make e-government more "down-to-earth". |
