Study On Rural Land Trusteeship Services In Hancheng City

In recent years,with the proposal and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,government departments have paid more attention to the management and utilization of rural land,especially in the context of the global epidemic,the role of efficient management of rural land in maintaining the grain red line and the bottom line of food security has become more prominent.However,there are still many problems in the current management and utilization of rural land resources,and the implementation of trusteeship services is not mature enough.In order to further promote the development and utilization of rural land,many parts of the country have begun to explore new ways to implement land trusteeship services.Developing modern agriculture and realizing scale management have become an important direction of rural land development.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,it is crucial to effectively solve the current problem of rural land trusteeship services to ensure national food security,improve farmers’ land returns,and develop and strengthen the rural economy.This paper mainly studies the issue of rural land trusteeship services to further promote the solution of the problem of "who will plant" and "how to plant" rural land.It focuses on conducting research on practical cases of rural land trusteeship,exploring suitable models and services for the development of local land trusteeship,in order to solve a series of problems such as rural land fragmentation and low economic benefits,further improve agricultural production efficiency,and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural development.Based on a literature review of land trusteeship services theory and cases of land trusteeship practice,this paper investigates the current situation of rural land trusteeship in Z Town of Hancheng by using questionnaire and on-the-spot interview methods,in the light of the main problems existing in the present situation of land trusteeship in Z town,based on the public service supply theory,public choice theory,scale economy theory and other basic theories,this paper makes a deep-seated analysis on the existing problems of land trusteeship in Z town.Finally,this study proposes targeted development ideas and suggestions for solutions from various aspects such as policy support,service mechanisms,institutional guarantees,and extending the industrial chain,in order to solve the main problems of land trusteeship in Z Town and promote the development of land trusteeship services.The research shows that land trusteeship,as a socialized service mode of agricultural production,can carry out the service function of unified management and unified management to all links of agricultural production on the basis of not changing the right of land management,to integrate and utilize the resources of abandoned land,extensive management and scattered land,to promote the development of intensive,large-scale and mechanized land,to realize the standardization of production process and the quality of agricultural products,we will improve the efficiency of agricultural production and promote the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.Through the exploration and solution of land trusteeship application and trusteeship services problem in Z town,this paper puts forward various measures to promote the fine development of land trusteeship services,further integrate the scattered resources of farmers,and improve the efficiency of agricultural production,which will better promote the development of social and economic services.
