Job burnout has always been the biggest problem affecting the high-quality and efficient development of grass-roots public security work.In recent years,although the public security organs have been vigorously promoting institutional reforms,compared with domestic excellent enterprises,there is still a big gap in terms of salary,promotion channels and welfare benefits,which leads to the inevitable psychological imbalance of the grass-roots public security police.The emergence of job burnout will not only lead to the reduction of work quality and efficiency,but also affect the realization of the overall work goals of the organization,and even cause harm to the physical and mental health of individual police officers.Therefore,the research in this paper has very important practical significance.First of all,by using the literature method,it summarizes the relevant literature and research status in recent years,and expounds the research background and significance of this paper.Secondly,taking the grass-roots public security police of the J District Public.Secondly,taking the grass-roots public security police in the J District Public Security Bureau of Z City as the research object,based on the general scale,a survey scale was developed to carry out a questionnaire survey,and the scale was distributed and returned to the research objects,and some interviewees were interviewed.In the empirical analysis part,using SPSS model to analyze the sample data,such as descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test,demographic characteristics and regression analysis,etc.,draw conclusions and propose specific solutions.In the previous questionnaire survey and interview,the author found that the grass-roots public security police in the J District Public Security Sub-bureau of Z City had a moderate degree of job burnout.In the empirical analysis,the author draws the same conclusion by analyzing the demographic characteristics of police job burnout,in which there is a significant correlation between marital status,educational background and job burnout.At the same time,from the perspective of individual,organizational and social factors,the cause of occupational burnout of the grass-roots public security police in the J District Public Security Sub-bureau of Z City is further analyzed.Through the analysis of this paper,it is concluded that the personal,organizational and social dimensions have a greater impact on the job burnout of the grass-roots public security police in the J District Public Security Sub-bureau of Z City.The emotional exhaustion factor of job burnout is affected by the social dimension.
