Research On The Role Of Grass-Roots Government In Smart Governance Of Cangwu Community In Lianyungang City

In recent years,as our country continues to strengthen the grass-roots social governance,continue to optimize the direction of social governance efficiency reform,grass-roots community governance has been gradually taken seriously.With the development of information technology and the popularization of mobile internet,the community governance model of Internet + community governance has been formed,it is one of the trends of community development to promote the smart evolution of community governance and improve the efficiency of community smart governance.Under this development trend,we should give full play to the role of grass-roots governments,strengthen the multi-coordination among the subjects of Smart Community Governance,and comprehensively build an open and innovative smart community governance system that integrates development,it will contribute to the stability of the social structure,the innovation of social life and the health of social mobility,and at the same time contribute to the comprehensive and stable development and progress of the country.From this perspective,it is necessary to study the role of grass-roots governments in community smart governance.Therefore,this article takes the role of grassroots governments in smart governance of Cangwu Community in Lianyungang City as the research object,systematically analyzes the role and problems encountered by grassroots governments in the process of smart governance,and explores the deep-seated reasons for a series of problems in promoting smart governance in Cangwu community.At the same time,it draws on typical government practices of smart governance in communities at home and abroad,Summarized the experience and inspiration of the grass-roots government’s role in implementing community smart governance,and finally proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government’s role in Cangwu community smart governance.Through the use of literature research,case study,and comparative research methods,this article ultimately concludes that the Lianyungang Municipal Government has achieved certain results in the smart governance process of Cangwu Community,but there are still problems such as weakened guidance system,lack of mutual integration and interaction among all parties in the community,and limited participation of residents.The fundamental reason for these problems is that the government’s guarantee mechanism for community smart governance is not sound,the mobilization role at the social level is not obvious,and the promotion and mobilization of residents’ participation are insufficient.Therefore,this article draws on the practical experience of domestic and foreign governments and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the role of grass-roots governments in community smart governance: Improving the guidance system for community smart governance;Consolidate all parties in society to form a joint governance force;Attach importance to the construction of professional talent teams;Strengthen publicity and encourage residents to participate;Improve the governance performance evaluation mechanism.Through the proposal and improvement of this series of countermeasures,an effective solution has been provided for optimizing the smart governance of Cangwu Community in Lianyungang City.I hope that through these studies,we can promote the acceleration of smart governance in Cangwu Community,and also provide effective guidance for other grass-roots governments to promote community smart governance.
