Research On The Innovative Mechanism And Optimization Of Grid Social Governance Of Xianfeng Street In District Tinghu

Whether the social management model and governance system adapt to the real society is related to whether the whole society runs smoothly and whether the whole society can maintain long-term stability.Under the requirements put forward by the CPC Central Committee to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,the Party Committee and government of Jiangsu Province implemented the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress,tried to promote the innovation of the social governance model,improve the level of modern social governance,and promoted the innovation of the grid social governance system within the province.Xianfeng street of District Tinghu,as the core area of the main urban area of City Yancheng,faces all kinds of new social problems in the urban development,and innovates the working mechanism of grid social governance is the new answer of social governance given in the concrete practice and theoretical discussion.How to use the grid social governance system to solve this challenge is also an urgent problem to establish a "good governance" government.In 2018,Xianfeng street actively explored and practiced the innovation of urban social governance,and gradually formed the four mechanisms of "Party building + grid social governance" :the network clearing mechanism,the information collection mechanism,the conflict mediation mechanism,the patrol and prevention mechanism,so that the street social governance,serving the people and other work appeared the main urban areas of the new bright spot,which was praised by the masses.Facts show that the implementation of the grid governance system of Xianfeng street greatly improves the institutionalization and systematic level of community governance in the street area,and also provides A good model for the implementation of grid governance work in Jiangsu province and Yancheng city.This thesis consists of an introduction and seven chapters.The introduction part mainly explains the research significance,research summary and research methods of this thesis,and points out the innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis of grid governance,and reviews and describes the concepts of community,grid,grid social governance,collaborative governance theory,embeddedness theory and stakeholder theory.The third chapter combs the exploration of Xianfeng street grid social governance innovative mechanism,discusses its working characteristics,mechanism form and internal logic,and analyzes its governance effect.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 deeply analyze the existing problems and reasons of Xianfeng street grid social governance innovation mechanism.Chapter six is to interpret the typical model and experience of grassroots grid social governance,summarize and analyze the practical experience of grassroots grid social governance.Based on the above chapters,Chapter 7 puts forward the optimization path of street grid social governance in Xianfeng.The eighth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the research.
