Evaluation And Simulation Research On The Level Of Multi-Entity Participation In Smart Communities | | Posted on:2024-06-18 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Q Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2556307118482714 | Subject:Project management | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the development of urbanization,the smart community,as the basic unit of the city,is considered an important means to solve urban problems.However,the construction of smart communities has been greatly hindered by issues such as lack of unified planning and deployment,information silos,and redundant construction.Especially in terms of community governance,challenges such as mismatched demands,funding shortages,and insufficient resident participation have posed significant obstacles to smart community construction.In order to overcome these issues,smart community governance has attracted widespread attention.Performance evaluation,as a tool to ensure effective governance of smart communities,is commonly used to assess and improve current governance strategies or problem-solving solutions.Currently,significant progress has been made in research related to the evaluation of smart communities.However,most studies only focus on the technical dimension of smart community governance and lack a comprehensive assessment of the governance level from the perspective of collaborative governance.Furthermore,current evaluation methods mostly rely on expert judgment or public questionnaire surveys,lacking objective quantitative standards.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the actual situation of smart communities and construct a comprehensive and feasible evaluation system for the collaborative governance level of smart communities,quantitatively evaluate the collaborative level of participating entities in smart communities,and propose targeted strategies for improving the collaborative governance level based on the evaluation results.Based on this,this study,based on collaborative governance theory,constructs an evaluation model for the collaborative governance level of smart community governance entities and a simulation model for the influencing factors of the collaborative governance level of smart community governance entities.The study aims to comprehensively evaluate the collaborative governance level of smart communities and propose effective strategies for enhancing the collaborative governance level of smart community governance entities.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on a systematic literature review,preliminary evaluation indicators for the collaborative governance level of smart communities are identified.Through in-depth expert interviews,the evaluation indicators are optimized,and the final indicator system is determined.Based on expert interviews,the CRITIC-TOPSIS hybrid model is used to calculate the weights of the evaluation indicators and construct the evaluation model for the collaborative governance level of smart community governance entities.(2)Based on collaborative governance theory,qualitative analysis is conducted using grounded theory.Using literature as the data source,the influencing factors of the collaborative governance level of smart community governance entities are identified.The theoretical framework of the mechanism of action of the influencing factors is established by combining stakeholder theory with the "stimulus-organism-response" model.The impact intensity of the influencing factors is determined using the entropy method.(3)The GERT network model is introduced to analyze the influencing factors of the collaborative governance level of smart community governance entities.The behavioral nodes of the governance entity participation evolution process are identified,and the probabilities and utility values of the behavioral nodes are determined.The data is incorporated into a system dynamics model.The GERT network model is combined with the theoretical framework of the mechanism of action of the influencing factors of the collaborative governance level to construct a system dynamics simulation platform for the collaborative governance of smart community governance entities.(4)The evaluation model and simulation platform constructed earlier are applied to four case smart communities from Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen.The collaborative level and factors influencing the collaborative level are assessed and analyzed.Based on the analysis results,improvement strategies are provided for the case communities as well as general strategies. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Smart community, community governance, CRITIC-TOPSIS, System Dynamics | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
