Research On Agricultural Socialized Service From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The solid foundation of a country is agriculture,and the prerequisite of social development is the progress of agriculture.If we want to take the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,we must make plans based on the basic national conditions of "small farmers in large countries" in China.How to lead small farmers to develop modern agriculture and realize the organic connection between the development of small farmers and modern agriculture,facts and experience tell us that we should improve the agricultural socialization service system.Agricultural socialization service is the product of agricultural development to a certain stage.It has played a very important role in improving agricultural production efficiency,raising farmers’ income level and promoting rural economic development.Agricultural socialization service research is an important work in the field of agricultural rural work for the present and future period.How to do agricultural socialization service well is a realistic problem that must be faced in developing modern agriculture.This paper takes the agricultural socialization service of L City as the research object.According to the logical thinking of defining concepts,applying theories,researching status,discovering problems,analyzing causes and proposing countermeasures,the author completed the relevant research through field visits and surveys and consulting relevant materials.Based on the collection,study and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature on agricultural socialized service,the author takes the transaction cost theory,economies of scale theory,and the strategic thought of rural revitalization as the theoretical guidance,and takes the characteristics of the city and agricultural conditions of L city as the basic elements to study the agricultural socialized service of L city.As well as the analysis of the existing agricultural socialized service mode in L city,it is found that there are the following four problems in the current agricultural socialized service in L City: First,the service function is not strong,the personnel is not in place;Second,the scale level is not high,the organization volume is small;Third,the service area is not wide,supply and demand imbalance;Fourth,insufficient capital investment,demand is difficult to meet.The above problems are mainly caused by the following aspects: the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,the government support is not enough,the service subject’s own management is not perfect,and the construction of talent team is slow.Aiming at the specific problems existing in the development of agricultural socialized services in L City,this paper puts forward five reference countermeasures and suggestions,namely,building favorable environmental security,cultivating new business service subjects,promoting talent team construction,increasing financial support,transforming new development ideas,etc.,so as to make a modest contribution to the development of agricultural socialized services in L City.Contribute to the agricultural modernization development of L city.
