| The implementation of the government purchase of agricultural machinery service projects is an innovative move to promote the development of agricultural mechanization,but also to improve the overall level of agricultural mechanization of a powerful grasp,to further accelerate the process of agricultural mechanization in China is of great significance.Taking Nanchang County as an example,this paper makes an in～depth study of the implementation status of the socialized service project of agricultural machinery purchased by the government,and puts forward easible suggestions.This paper is divided into 6 chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction,which briefly introduces the background of the government’s purchase of agricultural machinery social service projects and the research status at home and abroad,and points out the research significance of this paper.Chapter 2 takes Nanchang County as an example to objectively analyze the status quo of agricultural machinery socialized service projects purchased by Nanchang County government and the important role played by the implementation projects.Chapter 3 analyzes the problems of project capital investment,service organization management,financial support,supervision and management in the process of project implementation from the two aspects of agricultural machinery socialized service organization service ability and government purchasing agricultural machinery socialized service ability.Chapter 4 summarizes its experience and enlightenment to Our country through the exploration of agricultural machinery socialization service in foreign developed countries and the rest of our country.Chapter 5 aims at promoting the implementation of the socialized service project of agricultural machinery purchased by the government better,and puts forward deepening the government’s public management responsibilities,strengthening the government’s work functions,cultivating and supporting socialized service organizations,it is proposed to increase policy support,formulate and improve various supporting systems,increase the purchase of agricultural machinery subsidies,improve the third-party performance evaluation mechanism,improve the quality of agricultural machinery and improve the quality of agricultural machinery Improve the cooperative infrastructure construction and other corresponding countermeasures.Chapter 6 summarizes the achievements of the paper and simply points out the next work direction. |
