| Under the dual background of aging population and the implementation of socialized management of state-owned enterprise retirees,the study on socialized supply of elderly care service for retirees is a valuable subject to conform to social development and keep up with social changes.Standing on the end of retiree socialization management in state-owned enterprise,taking Changling Refinery as an example,the study tries to integrate the relevant theory with the experience to focus on the reality of socialized supply of elderly care service for retirees by questionnaire survey and interviews.Meanwhile,combined with the current situation of socialized supply of elderly service in Yueyang city,the paper analyzes the supply changes,existing problems and causes,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that the needs of retirees for socialized-supply services are diversified,personalized and differentiated,and most of the elderly are more inclined to choose the service mode of community home care.Local socialized supply is widespread in a shortage,it needs to be done in future that completing the policy mechanism,perfecting service facilities,improving service quality,providing high quality service,and setting up a socialized supply of elderly care service system that led by the government,based on community,developing the inclusive home care service.Enterprises should actively do a good job of coordination and cooperation during the transition period,helping retirees fit into the new social system,giving full play to the role of a bridge between retirees and local government. |
