Research On The Promotion Path Of High Quality Employment In Jincheng City

Employment is the biggest livelihood and the most powerful support for local economic development.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party and the State have attached greater importance to high-quality employment.The 14 th Five-Year Plan for Employment Promotion issued by The State Council(hereinafter referred to as the Plan)has made a comprehensive and systematic arrangement for achieving more adequate and high-quality employment during the period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan.After the Party’s 20 th National Congress,in accordance with the strategic requirements of "Three new and one high"(based on the new development stage,implementing the new development concept,building a new development pattern,and promoting high-quality development),and on the premise of balanced development and security,it is more urgent than ever to accelerate the realization of high-quality employment.In recent years,different parts of the country have different understandings of high-quality employment,and the consensus on how to promote high-quality employment is not unified.This paper believes that high-quality employment,is an overall,systematic,strategic,forwardlooking project,is the urban employment in the existing basis to achieve a steady growth and quality of effective improvement.As for local governments,they need to adhere to the principle of government guidance and market leadership,foster a law-based and fair employment environment that benefits businesses and people,introduce and issue on a regular basis inclusive,growth-oriented and sustainable preferential policies for employment and entrepreneurship,and provide smart,convenient,practical and effective,high-quality and detailed public employment services.In order to realize the orderly growth of new urban employment and the effective improvement of the quality of the formation of a continuous and increasing positive correlation with high-quality employment,really let high-quality employment become a decent struggle of the people,create a high quality of life,promote the innovative development of local economy,promote all-round high-quality development of local fission engine.To achieve high-quality employment,we need to make efforts to address such problems as imprecise market demand,mismatching of employment by enterprises,inadequate personal skills,unreasonable compensation and treatment,and irregular labor security.This paper takes Jincheng urban area of Shanxi Province as an example,and focuses on the research and analysis of the current situation of employment in this area,trying to crack the problem of restricting high-quality employment in Jincheng urban area,and puts forward more feasible practical ways to ensure that Jincheng urban area to achieve more adequate and higher quality employment,to provide strong employment security and basic support for the economic and social development of the region.
